Hussain Ismail
About
Hussain Ismail is a passionate advocate dedicated to representing injured individuals in their time of need. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, he received the Editor of the Year Award in 2013 as the Chief Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy. He was also a member of the University of Houston Law Center’s Moot Court team and competed in multiple competitions including the New York University Immigration Law Competition.
Hussain is admitted to practice law in Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice. Recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers from 2018 to 2024, Hussain's commitment to justice extends beyond the courtroom. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, travel, and spending quality time with his wife and son.
